Sienna Guillory

Sienna Guillory was born in Kettering, a small town in Northamptonshire, England on 16 March 1975. She is a very famous model and actress and was born to Isaac Guillory and Tina Thompson. Her father, Isaac Guillory, was a prominent guitar player and her mother, Tina Thompson, was a supermodel. At the age of two, she along with her family moved to London.

Sienna and her family then moved to Norfolk when she was eleven years old. Guillory also has a limited knowledge of Spanish as she went to Mexico at the age of ten where she stayed with her cousins. Sienna’s parents parted their ways in the year 1990, and her father tied the knots with Vickie McMillan. Vickie McMillan gave birth to two children- Ellie and Jacob. Her father also adopted a boy whom he named Jace. She had a total of three half-siblings.

Sienna did her schooling from Gresham’s School in Holt in Norfolk. She took part in several competitions at the school level and was also a horse-rider since the age of two. When she turned fourteen, she received her horse and named it ‘Porty.’ In 1997, Sienna started her modeling career by signing a contract with Select. She got featured on the cover of various fashion magazines and also appeared in advertisements for Dolce and Gabbana, Armani and, Paul Smith.

After pursuing a modeling career for some time, she turned her attention to acting. Before starting her career as a model, she worked in the telemovie, Riders, in 1993. She then bagged another role in the TV series, The Buccaneers. Sienna then attended the New World School of Arts and Paris Conservatoire to hone her skills in acting. She studied film there and also continued to make brief appearances in TV series and movies like The Rules of Engagement (1999), The 3 Kings (2000) and much more among others. Sienna lost her father to cancer in the year 2000. Her performance in various TV shows and movies landed her in a prominent role in the film, Sorted (2000). Guillory went ahead to star in a series, Take a Girl Like You (2000) and played the role of Jenny Bunn.

The viewers appreciated her role in this series. She continued to appear in super-hit movies and series including Late Night Shopping, The Time Machine, and Love Actually. Afterward, she appeared in the lead role in Helen of Troy (2003), a mini-series. She rose to the pinnacle of fame after starring in this mini-series and managed to bag a role in Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004).

She continued to portray the character of Jill Valentine in the fourth and fifth sequel of Resident Evil: Apocalypse. Currently, she is busy portraying the character of Eve in the sci-fi series, Stan Lee’s Lucky Man (2016). Sienna got hitched to a British actor, Enzo Cilenti, in 2002. Sienna and Enzo are the proud parents of twin daughters, Lucia, and Valentia. Sienna has also worked for charity causes.
