Sara Vega is a Spanish actress, singer, and dancer. She was born in 1978. Sara Vega’s place of birth is Serville, Spain. She was raised in a conventional catholic family. Her parent’s names are Pax Trigo and Manuel Campos. Her father is a former bullfighter, while her mother is a homemaker. She has an elder sister named Paz Vega who is a Spanish actress. She frequently goes to public events with her sister. She is the aunt of Orson Salazar Jr. and Ava Salazar.

Sara Vega began her training at the Conservatorio Superior of Dance in Seville, where she studied Spanish Dance & Dramatic Art. After that, she continued her career in the succession of productions such as Carmen, Amor Brujo, Don Juan en los Ruedos, Un Adulterio Decente, Ganas de Renir, Troya Siglo XXI at the Teatro de Merida, Don Juan Tenorio, Mi Hermano es un Moderno, and among others. Therefore, she has performed in theatres all around the world. In the music field, Sara Vega stands out with the album titled "Sangre Revuelta,” produced by Alejandro Sanz, a composer. Additionally, she has also performed as a flamenco dancer.

In 2013, Sara Vega started her career in the television industry by portraying her first supporting role in the Antena 3 television movie, “Como alas al Viento,” which is based on singer Rocio Jurado’s life. In the series, she played the role of Luisa Ortega. The following year, she represented her first leading role on television for the same network, “Bienvenidos al Lolita." In the series, she essayed the role of Roxy, a transgender woman with a complex & dangerous personality. In 2015, she played the role of Tere, a young cruise ship entertainer in the comedy television series “Anclados.” 

Sara Vega has participated in various film works, such as Manuela (protagonist) or El Nino Dios, and starred in the campaign of the new collection of the firm Rouje from the designer Jeanne Damas. In 2018, she played various characters in the television series, “Jose Mota Presenta." The following year, she featured as Angela in the mystery short "Una Puerta De Entrada,” written & directed by David Pagan Sanchez. At the end of 2020, Sara Vega starred in Federico Garcia Lorca’s “Yerma” at the Teatro La Latina in Madrid. In 2022, she portrayed the role of Bella Lolita in the comedy-drama television series "A Private Affair" for Amazon Prime Video. The same year, she appeared in the television series "Atrapame Si Puedes Celebrity.” In 2023, she appeared in the family drama “The Christ Child,” directed by Ignacio Ortiz. She has also starred in the theatre comedy “La Madre Que Me Pario” alongside Marisol Ayuso & Aurora Sanchez at the Lara Theatre in Madrid.
