Robert Michael Sheehan was born on 7th January 1988. He is an actor. He was born in Portlaoise, Ireland. He was born to Maria and Joe Sheehan. His father was a policeman. After confirmation, he changed his name to Robert Michael Adam Sheehan. He is the last child in the family. His elder brother Brendan is a mortgage broker. He was called the ‘Footloose with Spoons’ in school. It was because he played banjo, bodhran, and the spoons at the school. He loves traveling. Robert is also fond of food and likes tasting different foods. In school, he took part in “Fleadh Cheoil”. It is a music competition in Ireland. His mother was the one who used to drop and pick him from the film sets and auditions. He then appeared in Ghostwood, A Dublin Story, Summer of the Flying Saucer. He also starred in An Creatur, and Season of the Witch. He got appreciated for his role in “A Dublin Story”. He appeared as Cormac MacNarama in Foreign Exchange for 15 episodes in television. He appeared as Louis XIV of France in Young Blades for 13 episodes. He also starred in Bel’s Boys, The Clinic and The Tudors Season 2.

He starred in Rocky Rivals as the lead role in 2008. It was a series produced by Shed Productions. It got aired on ITV. He also appeared in Bitter Sweet as Liam. He starred in Red Riding in 2009. Trinity College Dublin’s College Historical Society awarded him Burke Medal for his “Contribution to Discourse Through The Arts”.
