Oh Dal Su is a South Korean actor. He has been a part of many movies and have big hits. He has even given his contribution to theater and television series. His work has been appreciated by the audience and the critics and was also many nominations and awards. He was born in Daegu, in South Korea. He did his graduation from Dong-eui University on the subject of Industrial Design. He began his career as a theater artist in Busan. He had headed the theater group Singiru Manhwagyeong ("Mirage and Kaleidoscope"). Some of his famous theater shows include Art, Men's Impulse both in 2005. The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia?, Marijuana in 2008. Others include Mondays 5 p.m., Holding the Sun and the Moon, Kisaragi Miki-Cha. He was the writer of the play, House of Dead / Nobel Prize for Literature Award Speech in 2012. Due to his such good performance In the theater, he even had an experience of working in the production houses. He had worked with a local production house Ogu. On the big screen, he started his career as a supporting character. His first presence was made in the movie Bet on My Disco in the year 2002. In the film Oldboy, he played the role of an owner of a private jail, which was a crime-funded. In 2005, he played the role of a gangster in Mapado and a weapons smuggler in the movie A Bittersweet Life in he same year. In 2010, he was a part of Foxy Festival, which was directed by Lee Hae-young.

Along with him, the movie also starred Shin Ha-Kyun, Uhm Ji-won, Shim Hye-Jin, Ryoo Seung-bum, Baek Jin-Hee and Choi Kwon in the lead roles. He was awarded two awards for the movie Miracle in Cell No. 7 won in the category of Best Supporting Actor and second for Top Excellence Award, Actor in Film. In 2005, he won the Best Supporting Actor for the movies Ode to My Father from the 36th Blue Dragon Film Awards and 24th Buil Film Awards.
