Goran Višnjić

Goran Visnjic was born on 9 September 1972, in Sibenik. His parents are Zeljko and Milka. During his childhood, he played several theater plays. At the age of sixteen, he started his career by appearing as a debut for the Braca po materi. At 1998, he participated as a role in Madonna’s Music video. By 1999, at the age of eighteen, he started to serve in a military army and acted as a volunteer. After that, he joined in nascent Croatian Ground Army. Later he left the Army and began to study Arts in Academy of Dramatic Art at Zagreb. He was the first youngest actor for the role of Shakespeare's Hamlet. He played the role of the princess for about seven years and owned Orlando Awards.

He played several minor roles in movies like The PeaceMaker, Welcome to Sarajevo, etc. He portrayed his expertise in Hamlet during his episode of ER.B. He before to ER he worked in the Television project. He then starred for British film Close your Eyes by the year 2002.He also starred in The Deep End. By January 2003, he participated in Campaign to protect animals from harassment. It is about to save animals from killing them for fur. The name of the campaign was PETA. By 2011, he began to cast in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and signed a contract to act for the entire Sony Pictures Entertainment. By 2014, he played the role of John Woods in Extant. By 2015 he played the role in crossing lines season third. By 2016, he confirmed to act in the time Tv series. By 2008, he joined his hands for the Benefit Program by American Stand up to Cancer. He married Eva, who was an Artist and sculptor. Her father was a film director. They adopted two children by the year 2007 and 2009. His hobbies include Swimming, Diving, and fencing.
