Colton Haynes

Born in Andale, a town in Kansas in the USA on July 13th 1988, Colton Haynes is a notable actor. Colton was born to William Clayton Haynes and Dana Denise. Haynes has two brothers- Joshua and Clinton and a sister- Willow. Colton spent his childhood on a farm and had spent his life in various cities including New Mexico, Florida, and Texas. He did his schooling from Navarre High School in Florida and Andale High School in Kansas. Colton finished his graduation from Samuel Clemens High School located in Texas.

Colton started off his acting journey when he was fifteen years old with a photo shoot for an American marketer, Abercrombie & Fitch. After the success of this photo shoot, he went ahead to start modeling for Ralph Lauren, Kira Plastinina, and J.C. Penney. Colton kept working as a model till 2008 and got featured in magazines like Arena and Teen Vogue. In 2007, he starred in the film, ‘Transformers’, for which he didn’t get credits. After that, he did minor roles in the TV shows like The Hills and CSI: Miami.

In the year 2007, he worked in a music video titled ‘I Don’t Love You’’ in which he played a small part. After that, he appeared in one episode of the famous TV shows ‘Privileged’ and Pushing Daisies. Always And Forever was the first TV movie in which Colton played a prominent role. In 2009, Colton bagged the part of Shane in the TV series, ‘Look’. The show got canceled and went off the air in the year 2011.

He appeared in another TV show, The Gates, in which he essayed Brett Crezski, a werewolf. The show failed to impress the viewers and went off the air after its first season. In 2011, Haynes bagged another pivotal role in the series, Teen Wolf, in which he portrayed the part of Jackson Whittemore. He rose to the pinnacle of fame with this show but quit it after shooting for two seasons. Colton also became popular because of starring in the famous series, ‘Arrow’. But he left the show after working there for three seasons.

In 2012, he starred in a music video, Trouble, where he was cast opposite Leona Lewis and played the role of her boyfriend. He worked in another music video, Gold, in the year 2013. After that, he shifted his attention towards singing and even released his own song titled Baby It’s Christmas.
