A J Buckley

Alan John "A. J."Buckley is a director and Canadian actor. He has Irish roots. He was born on 9 February 1978 in Dublin, Ireland. He is known for The Good Dinosaur Click to look into! >> Read More... (2015), CSI: NY (2004) and Happy Feet. At the age of six, he immigrated to White Rock, British Columbia with his family. He likes to play the drum and knows to do the same pretty well. Currently, he resides in Los Angeles. He did his schooling from St. Thomas More private school in Burnaby, British Columbia near Vancouver. He suffers from dyslexia.

He first made his appearance on television with the CBC's TV show named “The Odyssey” as a hall monitor. He was a teenager then. After that, he appeared in Millennium and The X-Files. In 2002, he did films Wishcraft, Nightstalker, Blue Car and Blue Car. In 2004, he did a part on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In 2005, he appeared as Adam Ross on the TV serial named CSI: NY, a crime drama.

He got cast in it for a recurring role but by the end, he got himself a contract for five years. In 2006, he played the role of Buddy on Randall K. Rubin’s Jimmy and Judy. He also gave his voice in the film Happy Feet. In 2007, he appeared in The Box and The Last Sin Eater. He appeared as Ed Zeddmore on the TV show named Supernatural. Buckley is the spokesman for an environmental technology company called the Mantra Venture Group. On 31 December 2012, he proposed to his girlfriend, Abigail Ochse, with whom he had been for two years then. He did it while vacationing in Hawaii.

On 3 September 2013, the couple announced that they were expecting a girl child. On 19 January 2014, Willow Phoenix Buckley, their daughter, was born. He broke his left leg and right hand on 24 October 2014 while in Armageddon Expo, New Zealand.Buckley was running for a person with a chainsaw and was at Spookers. Even in this condition, he started the event and also signed autographs with the injured hand. He had launched a television and movie company named “Four Front Productions.”
