LaMonica Garrett

LaMonica Garrett was born on May 23^rd, 1975 in the city of San Francisco, California. He is an American actor and a former Slamball player. His parents were a huge fan of Oakland Raiders quarterback Daryle Lamonica. During high school, he was a football player. His family shifted to Los Angeles.

He and his friend were transferred to Burbank High School. After high school, he attended Los Angeles junior college, where he started to play linebacker. Then he was transferred to Central State University in Ohio, but he continued to play his game.

He was also interested in acting, so he moved to Los Angeles to pursue it. For his daily expenses and the fees for his acting classes, he worked as a FedEx driver.

During his playing time, he was selected along with four other players selected for the All Slamball Team. While playing games, he worked in a storey drama called One Tree Hill, which had a storey related to slamball games.

After his brilliant performance, he got minor roles in movies like Hawthorne, CSI: Miami, NCIS, and also the infamous movie Transformers: Dark of the Moon. In 2011, he got an essential role on FX's Sons of Anarchy as a deputy sheriff. In 2016, Garrett got two lead roles in the first one on TNT's The Last Ship, as Lieutenant TAO Cameron Burk, and the second on ABC's Designated Survivor as Secret Service agent Mike Ritter.

His character "Mike Ritter" became a fan-favorite character, and he signed. In 2018, he was signed as Mar Novu, playing the role of "The Monitor" in the Arrowverse crossover event "Elseworlds," which includes a storey of The Flash Click to look into! >> Read More... , Arrow, and Supergirl. In 2019, he played a role in Flash, The Legend of Tomorrow.

With his acting skills improving, he was cast in a number of films, including Arrowverse and Batwoman. He has also appeared in the famous superhero film "Crisis on Infinite Earth". In July 2019, he was signed as a Supervillain, "Anti Monitor." On 27 April 2017, he married Mina Ivanova, whom he had been dating for many years.

In an interview with the famous magazine "Muscle and Fitness magazine,"he said, "He compares his setback as a wake-up call for him, in which he learned humility and accountability, and his comeback also made him more relaxed about his health and sent him to the gym."
