Jimmy Christopher Workman is an American retired actor born on October 4, 1980, in Fairfax, Virginia, USA. His work on television can is seen in the programs Matlock, Life with Louie, The Horror Hall Of Fame II, and Christmas in Connecticut. Jimmy performed voiceover work for cartoons and TV commercials and occasionally appeared as a guest star on television. Still, after appearing in a supporting role in As Good As It Gets in 1997, he made the decision to take a three-year break from acting. He has, however, taken multiple acting retirements. He retired from performing after The Addams Family Values in 1993, then came out of it around 1995 to work on a few more films. He then went back into acting after The Biggest Fan in 2002.

After gaining some independence, he recommitted himself to acting and hoped to start getting offers for parts in movies and television shows. For his work in The Addams Family, he won the Young Artist Award for Best Young Actor Co-starring in a Motion Picture in 1993. He received a nomination for Christmas in Connecticut in the same year for the Young Artist Award for playing the best young actor. After a while, Workman stopped acting and started working in the technical department of film and television production. He belongs to Teamsters Local 399, one of the labor unions that defends those who work in the motion picture business.
