Jay Harrington

James H. Harrington was born on 15 November 1971. He is an American actor and is professionally named Jay Harrington. He is famous for his role in the ABC sitcom Better Off Ted and in S.W.A.T. as Deacon Kay. He became famous after playing the role of Ted Margaret Crisp on the ABC sitcom Better Off Ted.

Harrington was born and raised in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with his parents, Judy and Terry Harrington. He has two brothers, who were also actors, Adam and Matt.

While he was a child, his parents went to Cape Cod, which was the road to Harwich junior Theatre in summer, on their holidays. He studied at Wellesley High School and completed his studies at Syracuse University. He has been featured in a WB drama called "Summerland" as Dr. Simon O'Keefe and as Steve in the NBC series "Coupling".

He had also played a role in a police drama series named The Division. He also appeared in the short-lived comedy series Benched. In 2017, he performed the lead role on Mark Meadows as Suits, Donna's ex-boyfriend. He had signed the role as Dr. Ron in the movie American Reunion and in Whatever It Takes, Anywhere but Here, Catalina Trust, A Little Inside, and Partner.

He had done many stage performances as Jack in Boy’s life and also appeared in movies like Barefoot in the Park and Tony and Tina's Wedding. He is also a sports lover who plays in the entertainment league, where all the celebrities play in a basketball league. He also plays for the local team in ice hockey.

He is a married man, married on 28 August 2018 to AOL television host "Monica Richards."They have been dating each other since 2014. He is working hard to improve his acting.
