Corey Wright

Corey Wright is a multi-talented actor, writer, director, and choreographer based in Los Angeles, California, USA. He has done a Master of Science in MS, Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Capella University, USA. He started his career as a ballet dance educator. Later, he started acting in movies, along with singing and hosting.

Corey believes in multitasking and therefore, he has a long experience working for different organizations. As a writer, he is particularly known for writing various TV series, such as Cheetah (2015-2016), Man over Boy (2016) and The Perfect Plan (2019). He has also written a short Indian film in 2022 called ‘Saving Chintu.’ He has also acted in several TV shows and movies, including The Prom (2020), Rotten Apple (2020), Post Model Minority (2018), Committed (2016), In the Night (2012), Man Over Boy (2016), etc.

Corey has also worked as a Screenwriter and was engaged with Ascendant Media Group for two years. He is also a talented Choreographer and has served as a Lecturer at the UCLA School of Theatre, Film and Television. Corey also enjoys hosting and launched his podcast called ‘Meanwhile on the Farm’ which focused on current, pressing issues that involve gender and sexuality, education, economic balance, political charges, and purposefully oppressive organizations and figures, including law enforcement and politicians as they relate to race.

Since he holds a degree in Mental Health, he never gave up on this career. As a Freelance writer, Corey conducts research for ‘Daily Deuce,’ a daily, two-minute segment that introduces science-based ways for men to improve their mental health. Moreover, his TV show ‘Cheetah’ was awarded Best Web Series at Atalanta, USA in 2016. Corey’s philosophy is to embrace a Hybrid lifestyle. As a writer/director/choreographer, he helps to build the creative process as a facing visionary. As a professional actor/singer/dancer, he loves to support the creative process as a committed cog.
