Bharath Ane Nenu is a political thriller drama scripted and directed by Koratala Siva, who had already worked with prince charming, Mahesh Babu. The film has Kiara Advani as the female lead. DVV Dhanayya bankrolled the film. The star cast includes R Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Praneeth Pabbathi, Rama Prabha, “ Aamani,” “ Devaraj,” “ Sithara,” Devadas Kanakala, Yashpal Sharma, P Ravishankar, Rao Ramesh, Actor Ajay, Ramajogayya Sastry, “ Brahmaji” and many others. Devi Sri Prasad composed the tunes. “ Ravi K Chandran” and “ Tirru” cranked the camera and Sreekar Prasad is the editor.
Bharath Ram, who completes his graduation at Oxford University, returns to India, following the death of his dad. Soon after his return, his family’s godfather Varada convinces him and makes him the CM of undivided Andhra Pradesh. After taking the responsibility, Bharath finds out the discrepancies. He decides to uplift the weaker sections of the state and designs his plan accordingly. How his honest actions affect the opposition party and his own party forms the rest of the story.
Undoubtedly, this is one among the best performances of Mahesh Babu, so far. He fits in the dynamic CM role and impresses the audiences. In short, he appears to be the CM, whom everyone in the state wants. Prakash Raj has given his commendable performance, once again. Sarathkumar has done the role perfect, which is assigned to him. The supporting stars have also done a great job. Kiara is a template heroine and she looks gorgeous.
Koratala Siva has come with a good script and he had executed it well. Soon after Mahesh hold his position as a CM, his decisions and his sharp watching ability and the following scenes are superbly planned and played. The Disproportionate asset case and assembly scenes are boldly handled by Siva. Technically the film is sound and the production designer, cinematographers and the music composer get thumbs up!
What’s Not There?
Bharath Ane Nenu is a wonderful political thriller entertainer that not only impresses Mahesh fans but the general audience too. The film is a non-preachy one but reveals the responsibility of everyone. Rush to the theaters and you will come out with satisfaction!
