One of the most recognized young director of Indian cinema. In fact, he is the most versatile person in the industry as of now. He is Farhan Akhtar, a film director, actor, singer, writer, producer, screenwriter everything you name it, he has it. Son of the famous writer Javed Akhtar & actress Honey Irani was born on 09 Jan, 1974 in Mumbai.

As he was growing, he found the film industry around him. At home, the atmosphere of arts, literature influenced him to become creative man. He did his schooling from Maneckji Cooper & Graduated from HR College, Mumbai. After then, he started his career in films, first as assistant director & then director. His first directorial debut was Dil Chahta Hai in 2001 which received critical acclaim as well as commercial success. After then he did not see back & made other movies like Lakshya in 2004, Don in 2006, Rock On in 2008. He got two national awards, one for Dil Chahta Hai & another for Rock On for direction & production subsequently.

He portrayed the character Milkha Singh, in the year 2013 in his biographical feature film, for which he got positive reviews as an actor & it, is his best performance yet, which also earned him Filmfare Award for Best Actor. He considers Robert Di Niro as his inspiration for his life & career & respects his parents for the heritage he got & continues to do better work. He has a production company named Excel Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. established with Ritesh Sidhwani. 

He directed a 12 min short film named Positive, 2007 based on HIV-AIDS, to create awareness about the problem. He did sing for Rock On which showed his versatility. He has also launched a social campaign named MARD – Men against Rape & Discrimination.

Fardeen Khan is a former film actor, known for doing Bollywood films. He was born on March 8, 1974 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. His mother is Sundari while his father, Feroz Khan, is also a film actor, editor, producer and director from Bangalore. He is the nephew of prominent actors Akbar and Sanjay Khan and the cousin of Zayed and Suzanne Khan. He studied at Jamnabai Narsee in Juhu and graduated Business Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He was trained in acting in Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute. Fardeen got married to Natasha Madhvani, the daughter of Mumtaz, a former Hindi actress, on December 14, 2005 in Mumbai. In 2012, Natasha had a miscarriage, but after a year, they had their first baby born in London and they named it Diani Isabella Khan. In year 2001, Fardeen was put under the custody of Narcotics Control Bureau after being accused of carrying cocaine; however, the actor was found not guilty. Fradeen made his debut in the year 1998 through the Bollywood film Prem Aggan, which was helmed by his father. Though the film didn’t make it much at the box-office, he won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his brilliant performance in the film. After two years, his career was lift up by Ram Gopal Varma’s thriller film entitled Jungle. Since then, he has started to receive several offers from acclaimed filmmakers and his career has showed progressed steadily. He appeared in films like Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Hum Ho Gaye Aapke and Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega in the year 2001; Kitne Door Kitne Paas, Kuch Tum Kaho Kuch Hum Kahein and Om Jai Jagadish in the year 2002; Khushi, Janasheen and Bhoot in year 2003 and Dev and Fida in the year 2004; In year 2005, he was starred in the multi-starrer comedy film No Entry, alongside Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Esha Deol and more. This film became the top grossing film of the year. After that, Fardeen’s succeeding film like Shaadi No. 1, Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, Pyare Mohan, Aryan and Just Married have not done well in the box-office. But the 2007 comedy film, Heyy Babyy, which stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role, has made a remarkable start at the box-office and became one of the biggest hits of the year. In the same year, he played the main lead role in the horror-thriller film Darling, along with Esha Deol and Isha Koppikar. This film grossed Rs 22-million on its first week. From 2009 to 2010, Fardeen was seen acting in the lead role in films like Jai Veeru, Life Partner, Acid Factory, All The Best – Fun Begins and Dulha Mil Gaya. The actor had been away from the limelight over the last few years. He was shuttling between Mumbai and London to be with his wife and daughter. The latest about him is that he is working in a film entitled No Entry Mein Entry, the remake of the 2005 hit film, No Entry. He is also planning to do the remakes of his father’s films.

Farhan Ali Agha is a Pakistani model and actor. He was born on May 12, 1975 in Karachi, Pakistan to a Muslim family. Being a fitness freak, he started his career by modeling and has done TV commercials; the first one was with a biscuit brand in the year 1995 that became a hit, followed by a huge number of print and TV ads such as Vital Tea and Saathi. Aslo from year 2012, the talented actor has done the role of Hashim on Hum TV’s Mehar Bano Aur Shah Bano. In the year 2014, he was seen in Hum Thehrey Gunahgar from the same channel. He also played a fatherly role in the award-winning drama serial, Sadqay Tumhare on Hum TV. This year, Farhan will also be seen on Express Entertainment’s Inteha. He is also part of the box-office Pakistani drama film, Good Morning Karachi and he is yet to star in the upcoming Political thriller film entitled Maalik, which was written, produced and directed by Ashir Azeemu under the banner of the Media Hub. Farhan was known as a highly Islamic man and he also hosted various religious shows and an Islamic series in America. He got married to a Muslim girl, who is not related to showbiz and they are living a happy life with their two sons.
