You cannot but be in awe of Kamal’s acting skill while he portrays the role of Thenali from Srilanka. He excels in all the scenes especially the one in which he is being interviewed by a famous channel. Jayaram stuns us with his negative-turned-positive role while Jyothika does her part well.   • The stunt scene following the prompting of Kamal by a mouse is worth applause, credit to Vikram Dharma.
  • The way Kamal utters the dialogues, in his native accent, is worth kudos.
  • Music by A R Rehman gels well with the tempo of the film.
  • Cinematography by Priyan and editing by Thanikachalam are commendable.

What’s not there?

The flashback as to why Kamal has so many phobias could have been more intense.
