The movie kick starts with Nakul bouncing upon Nikesha Patel while he is in Coimbatore Railway station. His marriage is already fixed by his parents in Chennai.

It so happens that the story told by Premgi is similar to Nakul’s life. Nakul, along with his friends, goes to meet Nikesha. He again saves her from the clutches of the baddies. Radha Ravi gets to know what is happening, and Nikesha happens to be the daughter of the producer. Radha Ravi eventually asks his henchmen to bring back Nakul. The story proceeds with Nakul and Nikesha being hunted by known baddies and unknown baddies together. What does Nakul eventually do? Why are the baddies chasing him and Nikesha? Watch the movie to know.
Star Performances
Nakul does an earnest job while Nikesha Patel is seen running in most of the scenes. Seasoned actor Radha Ravi has infused some comedy to the movie. Premgi Amaren is quite good, and he too has tried to give the much-needed comedy element to the movie.
Analysis
Nowadays the directors are convinced that if they make a movie on the genre of comedy (along with some commercial elements), it will be profitable for them. In that way, Narathan is another addition to the list of comedy movies and is directed by Naga Venkatesh.Â
