Plot
An MLA gets information about an IT raid. So, he transfers all his black money to a travellers’ bungalow in Kodaikanal. A retired army officer, a young couple who came for honeymoon, a family that has come for medical treatment for a kid, a group of friends to shoot prank videos, and a few more people are staying in that travellers’ bungalow. Meanwhile, a murder takes place, and the woman who was killed doesn’t belong to that bungalow. Who was the murderer? Why did she come there? A female police officer investigates the case. Will she find out the truth? What will happen to the MLA’s black money? The rest of the story follows that.
Star Performance
Radha Ravi excels in the given role of a retired army officer. Sreeja Ravi did a perfect job in the character of Radha Ravi’s wife, despite her minimal screen presence. Shreekumar, Swaminathan Rajesh, Kottachi, and Vaiyapuri did what was required. Vanitha Vijayakumar plays a cop.
Analysis
The story is simple, and the incidents are designed to happen on the same premises. Vanitha Vijayakumar’s role didn’t have much scope than smoking throughout. Her role should’ve been designed well. The visuals are average, and the editing should’ve been better. The screenplay is decent. The story didn’t derail from its track. The director should be appreciated for not inserting anything forcedly for commercial value.
