“Vairamuthu,” who was in the talks of the people for his Tamil lyrics once, had been trolled for his Andal controversy and later the sexual harassment complaint raised by Chinmayi Sripaada, the popular playback singer and the dubbing artist. Besides Chinmayi, another playback singer complained against him for spoiling her career, as she denied his favors. Now, the lyricist has requested the central government to supply adequate funds to Tamilnadu, as the Cauvery delta area is severely affected by Gaja cyclone. He posted on his Twitter page, “புயலால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தமிழர்களுக்கு விரைந்து நிதி வழங்க மத்திய அரசைத் துயரத்தோடு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். தாமதிக்கப்படும் நீதிமட்டுமன்று தாமதிக்கப்படும் நிதியும் மறுக்கப்பட்டதாகவே ஆகிவிடும். காற்றால் மூச்சுப்போன குடும்பங்களைக் காப்பாற்றுங்கள்.” Will the Central government provide enough funds to help the people?
