Soori Aims To Join The LCU….

Looks like LCU has got another volunteer.

Soori has expressed his desire to be a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming movies.

The actor recently revealed in an interview that  he has been in touch with Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is equally interested in a collaboration with the comedian turned lead actor. If all goes well, the actor might even join the iconic Lokesh Cinematic Universe, which is fighting a lone battle to restore the glory of Tamil cinema throughout the nation.

Soori was mostly known for comic roles like Santhanam. However, with Vetrimaaran’s Viduthalai, the actor turned a new leaf, when he played the role of Constable Kumaresan. People were stunned by his transformation as the lead actor, and Soori became the talk of the town, despite the towering presence of Vijay Sethupathi in the same.

Soori recently starred in the drama movie Maaman, co-starring Aishwarya Lekshmi in the lead role. While the movie is well on the course of becoming a decent hit, it hasn’t received the same appreciation as Soori received for his action drama Garudan, which released last year. However, the actor is undeterred, and working on two crucial projects: Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, and Mandaadi, which also marks the Tamil debut of Telugu actor Suhas.
