Sketch Collects Good At The Box Office!

Chiyaan Vikram has made his comeback after a year from the release of “Irumugan” with “Nayantara.” The film “Sketch” released as a Pongal treat for the audiences and the masala entertainer directed by Vijay Chander of “Vaalu” fame has Tamannaah Bhatia as the female lead. Sketch released alongside Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, another biggie film that has the star cast of Suriya Sivakumar, Keerthy Suresh, Ramya Krishnan, Karthik Muthuraman, “Senthil,” Suresh Chandra Menon and RJ Balaji. The film directed by Vignesh Shivan is the remake of “Special 26,” a Bollywood film that has Akshay Kumar. On the first-day release, Sketch collected Rs. 38 Lakhs in Chennai and on the second day, it has collected Rs. 44 Lakhs and in total it has made Rs. 82 Lakhs in Chennai in 2 days. TSK has collected Rs. 1.5 crores in two days. As it is a long weekend due to the festive season, a good collection is expected.
