The Cinema industry is among the few places where people don’t find any caste, creed and languages. Artists from various states play in other language movies, even in the languages they are not versatile with. Many artists are the leading stars in other language movie industries and here are some of them:

1. Nayanthara

“Nayanthara” is among the very few talented artists who had been successfully celebrating a decade + of stardom. Usually, the heroes exist in the industries for decades as the heroes and the heroines, who paired them once, start playing their mothers. That’s not the case of Nayan. Nayan is from Kerala. Right from Ayya with Sarathkumar, she plays the heroine in Tamil and it is to be noted that Ayya released in 2005. Nayanthara has “Annaatthe” with Superstar “Rajinikanth,” “Netrikann” directed by Milind Rau and Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal with Vijay Sethupathi.

2. Kajal Aggarwal

Kajal Aggarwal is one of the leading heroines in the south. She has three Tamil movies waiting for release in 2021, including “Indian 2” with Kamal Haasan directed by “S Shankar,” Paris Paris directed by Ramesh Aravind and Hey Sinamika with Dulquer Salmaan. Kajal is from Mumbai.

3. Tamannaah Bhatia

Tamannaah Bhatia is from Maharashtra. She made her debut in Tamil in 2006 with “Kedi.” Even after these many years, she is one of the leading heroines in Kollywood with a good fan following. Tamannaah was last seen in “Action” with Vishal Reddy.

4. Rashmika Mandanna

Rashmika Mandanna is from Karnataka. She is waiting for the release of her debut Tamil film, “Sulthan” with Karthik Sivakumar, directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan. Already Rashmika Mandanna had impressed the Telugu audiences with Geetha Govindam and “Bheeshma.” Even before her debut in Tamil, she has got a huge fan following in the state.

5. Kalyani Priyadarshan

Kalyani Priyadarshan, the star kid made her Tamil debut with “Sivakarthikeyan” in “Hero.” She is the daughter of popular Malayalam director “Priyadarshan” and actress “Lissy.” Kalyani was last seen in Putham Pudhu Kaalai and she has “Maanadu” with “Silambarasan” directed by Venkat Prabhu.

6. Malavika Mohanan

Malavika Mohanan is the daughter of popular Malayalam cinematographer “K U Mohanan.” Although she is from Kerala, she was brought up in Mumbai. Malavika made her Tamil debut with Superstar “Rajinikanth” in “Petta” directed by Karthik Subbaraj. She played the heroine opposite “Vijay” in “Master.” She will be seen next in a film directed by Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru fame Karthick Naren.

7. Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh is one of the leading actresses in Kollywood. Born to the actress “Menaka,” a Tamil and producer Suresh, a Malayali, Keerthy had made it big in Kollywood and Tollywood. She received the National Award for the Best Actress for “Mahanati,” a Telugu film based on the life history of the legendary actress “Savitri.” Keerthy’s debut Tamil film is with Vikram Prabhu and the film is Idhu Enna Maayam that released in 2015. She will be seen next in Annaatthe with Rajinikanth and Saani Kaayidham with “Selvaraghavan” directed by Arun Matheswaran.
