Bollywood is not exactly the easiest choice of career. Not only is it hard to keep up with the stress of sinking movies, the actors also have to take optimum care of themselves so they can look good at all times. Almost each actor who cares about their fitness must stay on a diet, keep their cravings in check and follow grueling work out regimes. A lot of the actors hate the workout, a lot of them come to terms with, and a few of them come to terms with it, making it a part of their life and following it like their life depends on it, eventually falling in love with it.
Today, we have prepared a list of 20 actors in Bollywood who we believe are killing it when it comes to fitness.
The Uber fit actor lost 10.5 kgs within 10 weeks, along with 3 inches from his waistline, without putting himself through any diets or starvation, in order to prove to his fans that becoming fit is not as hard as they think it is. He followed a diet plan that consisted mainly of proteins and fibrous foods, along with taking multi-vitamins.
Salman Khan was the first actor to actively promote fitness in actors on-screen. He follows a workout regime that is grueling and frequently cycles between Bandra and Panvel, making the 50 km trip in mere 3 hours. He is famous for doing 2000 sit-ups and 1000 push ups each day, with extra 2 hour long workouts, of which 1 hour is reserved for Cardio. His focus is on weight training and avoids junk food or foods that have added sugar in them.
Shah Rukh follows a strict high-protein diet schedule, with abundant weight training, and perpetual work on his abs, sometimes more than 4 times a week. Also, he does Cardio of about 30-60 minutes each day, along with protein drinks after each workout. He eats complex carbs that are high in fiber and tries his best to avoid fried food, foods with added sugar and alcohol.
The typical work-out schedule of this actor is pretty tiring, as he exercises for 3 hours a day, for 6 days every week. His Cardio consisted of high interval intense training for Cardio and eats one small meal before workout. He eats small meals throughout the day, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods but avoids sugar.
Akshay has almost every good habit that one can think of. He does not drink or smoke, focuses on training as naturally as possible through his own body weight, martial arts and adventure sports, along with other things that he adds in his schedule in order to avoid monotony in work outs. He prefers home cooked food over anything else and is a good cook himself. He sleeps early, wakes up early, and leads a disciplined life.
We all know that Shahid is a vegan, and his diet plan also functions accordingly, as he consumes spinach, fruits, vegetables and similar dense foods. He also includes complex carbs in his diet and for supplement, he prefers whey protein. Among other things, he loves martial arts, yoga, and swimming.

The actor maintains a healthy diet, and exercises regularly with dedication. In his work out, he includes 75 minutes of Cardio and weight training and like rugged physical activities. Although he goes for a low carb diet before his workout, he changes his meal every week.
Unlike other fitness enthusiasts, he discourages lifting heavy weights, but prefers activities that build on stamina, like Cardio and other sports. He also believes in the spiritual aspects of fitness, where he focuses on the need to get in touch with the body, but also spends at least one hour in the gym every day.
