Hetal Puniwala is an Indian television actor and model. He was born on January 13, 1978 at Surat, Gujarat, India. He studied at Kholwad College in Surat in the city of Gujarat state. Initially, he was a theatre actor doing small stage shows.

His career as a model started in year 2010 when he did some advertisements for products like Finolex, Kopiko Coffee, Magic bricks.com, Paras Milk and more. Later, he was debuted as a television actor through the serial, Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki on Life OK, which became a major hit. He was also seen in the soap, Me Aajji Aur Sahib on NDTV Imagine. Recently, he also appeared in the drama series, as Prakash Desai on Sahara One.

Apart from doing TV serial, he was also involved in theatre and he did a play with and acted in the silver screen. The 2012 Hindi comedy drama film, OMG – Oh My God! By Umesh Shukla has given him a leading step towards the Bollywood industry. He was also part of the upcoming Hindi comedy drama film, Ungli by Dharma Productions to be release this November 2014.

Hetal became popular for doing ads and as a television actor. He also essayed the role of a jury in the dramedy soap, Diya Aur Baati Hum on STAR Plus. Besides television serials, he also joined some reality shows like the Hindi crime show, – India Fights Back along with , Crime Patrol and a lot more. He was also seen as a news reader in the psychological thriller miniseries, Yudh on Sony TV. He was also a goldsmith in mythological drama serial, Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev.

Hetal Puniwala treats the humanitarian leader, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji as his guru and his idol. He is also associated in Shakuntalam Telefilms Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to be a successful actor and model.
