Sameera Reddy was born on December 14, 1980, in Chennai. She is an Indian actress who has appeared in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films. She was born to Chintapoli Reddy, a business person and Nakshatra Reddy, a microbiologist. She married Akshai Varde in January 2014 and the couple was blessed with a baby boy on May 24, 2015. She has two sisters, who are both models. She has two elder sisters named Meghna Reddy and Sushma Reddy, who are also models. Sameera Reddy is the famous Bollywood actress who also appeared in some of the Telugu and Tamil movies. Born in Andhra Pradesh to a businessman Chinta Poli (her father) and a microbiologist Nakshatr a(her mother), Sameera did not look as pretty as the girls of her time. Her mother worked with an NGO also. Sameera has two elder sisters both of which have earned name and fame. Meghna Reddy has been a supermodel and a VJ and Sushma Reddy has also been a model and an actress. All three girls were highly talented since birth.

She was in detainment for fifty-nine and half days and stayed in a rescue home. She then came back to Mumbai on 30 October 2014. Swetha stated that she was busy in making a documentary film called “Roots” on Indian Classical Music since three years. She also co-produced and acted in twelve minutes short film called INT. CAFE NIGHT and it was very successful. This proved that the doors were not closed. Later the Hyderabad court gave her a not-guilty verdict since there was no sufficient evidence.
