Madala Ravi is a Telugu film actor and the son of actor, Madala Ranga Rao. He started his career as a child actor and was introduced by director Dhavala Satyam in the song, Nampalli Tasion Kaadi from the movie, Erra Mallelu in 1981, which became a hit and brought him several awards as a child actor. He studied at Kesari Higher Secondary School in Mylapore, Chennai and later attended in Rostov State Medical University in Russia, where he took a medical course. Ravi became a professional Gastro Enterologist, but his ultimate dream is to become an actor like his father. He stayed in Russia for 14-years as a medical student and as a practicing doctor later on. He is also a Managing Director of a prominent pharmaceutical company.

While pursuing his medical career, he continued to monitor the emerging trend of the Telugu cinema, and as he returned to the country, he decided to put up his very own production house called Bharath Productions. Ravi has done over 60 stage shows in India, Europe, and Russia. In 2004, he was debuted in Davala Sathyam’s Telugu film, Nenu Saitham, which he produced under his banner. His other films include Maa Ilavelupu, where he played as a doctor and his third film, 'Veeragaadha'. After this, he refrained from acting due to some personal business and responsibilities. In 2014, he came back to the film industry. He worked in Broker 2, where he earned a positive response, followed by a leading role in 'Panchamukhi'. Ravi also acted in Yuvataram Kadilindi, Swarajyam, Aloukika, Panchamukhi and more. He also donned Hindi films like Aaj Ka Inquilaab and Naaga Lakshmi.

He got into controversy and got arrested for allegedly molesting a girl in 2014. However, the actor stated that the allegations were false, and it was just the social networking sites that have circulated wrong details. Ravi continued his profession as a doctor and has been conducting free services. He is seeing his patients in his clinic in Film Nagar, and he is also doing charitable works and NGOs. He is also into social service, who has been participating in the activities conducted by CPI and CPM. He is an active member of the cultural organization called Prajanatya Mandali, who aims to sensitize people from atrocity. Ravi’s only dream is to continue his father’s footsteps and to prove that he is also a good actor.

Thagubothu Ramesh was born on 25th November 1981, in the Karimnagar district of Telangana. He was named as Ramesh Ramilla at birth, but after he began acting in films, he is popularly referred to as Thagabothu Ramesh. His surname is a result of his choice of roles or characters in movies. Ramesh is a Telugu film actor and in Telugu, ‘Thagubothu’ means drunkard. His 2009 movie- ‘Mahatma’ features him in such a role, and the film was a huge success, commercially as well as aesthetically. Ramesh gained a lot of recognition from the audience and the prominent director- Nandini Reddy cast him in the movie ‘Ala Modalaindi’ in which he plays the character of a drunk software engineer. The high level of characteristic reality and realistic mannerisms of a drunkard made his performance very convincing on screen, and he thus got his surname- ‘Thagubothu’. Ramesh owes his acting skills to the unfortunate incidents and hardships that he had to face in his childhood. Ramesh’s father was an alcohol addict, who used to abuse his mother on a daily basis under the influence of alcohol. To make his mother happy, Ramesh would perform for her, creating jokes and limericks to please his mother. His performances before his mother soon gave him the realization that he had good skills in mimicry, and thus he decides to pursue acting as his future career. It is with this intention that he joins the Akkineni Film Institute in Hyderabad. Before his parents' death and his sister’s marriage, Ramesh was managed his family responsibly by working as a building supervisor for nearly ten years. After he was independent in his life, he pursued acting. After his graduation from the Institute, Ramesh gets introduced to the director Krishna Vamsi, who gave him the role of ‘Mahatma’ which remains one of the major milestones in his career.
