Harish Kalyan is an Indian film and a television actor. He is also passionate about singing. He predominantly appeared in many Tamil movies. Some his notable works in the Tamil Film Industry include his performance in the movie Vil Ambu and Poriyaalan. Kalyan was born on 29th June in the year 1990. He was born and raised in Chennai, India. He was cast for the movie Sindhu Samaveli by the famous Tamil movie director named Samy in the year 2010. The movie was Tamil drama movie. The movie was a controversial film and after a lot, a lot of struggle received an A certificate.

Kalyan played the role Ambu, the girl’s husband in the movie. The movie did not do good business at the box office and also received some poor reviews from both the viewers and the critics. However, Kalyan's performance in the movie was appreciated by most of the viewers. Impressed by his performance in the movie Sindhu Samaveli, the famous Tamil movie director, K.R. Mathivanan offered him a role in his next movie named Aridhu Aridhu. The movie revolved around terrorism and violence. The movie was shot in Australia, Chennai, and New Zealand. Despite its extraordinary cinematography, the movie was unable to do good business at the box-office. Kalyan's performance in the movie was also regarded as an “Okay” performance by the critics.

In the year 2011, Kalyan was offered a role in the movie Sattapadi Kutram by the Tamil director S.A. Chandrashekar. He portrayed the role of Surya in the movie. He worked alongside some of the finest actors and actress of the Tamil film Industry which included Bhanu and Komal Sharma. The movie was based on corruption in election of the government. Despite its high-end star cast, the movie was a huge failure. After that, Kalyan took a little break from his acting career and returned in the year 2013 with the movie Chandhamama.

The movie was a Tamil comedy movie directed by Radhakrishnan. Kalyan portrayed the role of Yuvan in the movie. The movie received a lot of negative reviews from the viewers and the critics. It was in the year 2014 when Kalyan was finally recognized for his acting skills. In 2014, Kalyan appeared in the movie Poriyaalan. The movie was based on the story of Harish Kalyan and Anandhi. The movie was directed by Manimaran and music of the movie was composed by a newcomer named M.S Jones. The Times of India gave Poriyaalan three out of five stars. Pooriyalan did more than average business at the Box-Office. The story of the movie was much appreciated by the critics. After the success of Poriyalan, Kalyan was offered the role of Arul in the movie Vil Ambu.

Vil Ambu was directed by Suseenthiran. The movie was about the story of a middle-class boy who dreams to become a successful photographer. Though the movie was badly reviewed by the critics but it did manage to receive some appreciation from the viewer. Gethu Cinema rated the movie 3.5 out of 5 stars. Apart from being an actor, Kalyan is also a musician. He released his first album named I am Single in the year 2016. The music of his album was composed by L.V. Muthukumarasamy.

Suresh was born as Seshaiah Suresh Babu. Suresh is a homebound film actor and is famous for his films primarily in Telugu and Tamil. Suresh made his acting debut in the movie Panneer Pushpangal in the year 1981. The movie happens to be a Tamil film. His debut movie was a blockbuster hit on the silver screen, and soon he became the prominent face of the Tamil Film Industry, through the 80’s era. By the end of 2012, Suresh had done about 274 motion films. Suresh was born and brought up in Chennai. He was cultured at the Oxford English High School. Soon after this, he went to Shrine Vailankanni English School, where he completed his education. Suresh got married to Rajashree Bishit but after a long time, both got divorced. They have a single son named Nikhil. The very famous director, Gopinath is Suresh’s father. Gopinath had done movies including the super hit, Raman Parasuraman. Suresh’s entire family was into movies, so his propagation into the Film Industry was expected. He tried to enter as an Editing Assistant in the beginning and also as a Dance Assistant for a while. Gopinath’s photographer friend gave an opinion that he should give a try in the film industry and thus he helped him in making his portfolio. With the portfolio, he approached C.V Sridhar, the famous director then, but his efforts went in vain. Then, the dynamic duo, P. Vasu, and Santhana Bharathi cast him in their motion picture. This helped him to get a lead in the movie Alaigal Oivathillai by Bharathiraja. But during that time he was already working for Vasu’s venture, putting him into confusion which role to take. After a long discussion, he chose to go for the first one. But, both of the movies were a super hit during that time. Later on, he moved out of the Tamil Film Industry and went for the production of four movies and many of the television series. 2006 was his year of come back to the Tamil Industry after Srikanth approached him for a role in his film. Suresh was notably seen in many of the other Tamil films later on. Presently he is the host and judge of the cooking show, ‘Kitchen Superstar’. He had even directed a movie in which he was the lead. The movie was named ‘Bhavani’.

Hemachandran

‘Hemachandran’ is a Tamil actor who has worked in various movies like “Krishnaveni Panjalai”, and “Nanda Nanditha”. Hemachandran was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on 23rd September. Hemachandran has studied in different schools in Coonoor and Chennai, and he graduated with a B.Sc degree from D. G. Vaishnav College, located in Chennai. Later on, he decided to make acting as his career, and hence, he began to take classes from stunt choreographers. He prepared himself physically under his mentor’s guidance to become an actor. To add to his resume, he is a karate master and a skilled dancer.  Originally, Hemachandran appeared as a lead actor in some Tamil movies in the year 2011. He acted as the main actor in a Tamil film called Nanda Nanditha, which is a remake of “Nanda Loves Nanditha”, a Kannada blockbuster. However, the remade film remained unsuccessful to reverberate equivalently to the Kannada super hit in the theaters. Later, he played a role in Krishnaveni Panjalai, a romantic Tamil film, which gave him the much-needed recognition. Recently, in 2015, his Tamil film, “Meen”, was released.  In his first movie itself, he stood out with his performance.  The film, Nandha Nanditha, was directed by Ram Siva and casted Hemachandran and Meghana Raj in the lead roles. The actor has essayed contrary roles i.e. the hero and the villain, in two different versions of the same film. As Vikram, he played the main lead in the Tamil movie, ‘Raavanan’, and as villain in the Hindi version, ‘Ravan’. In the same way, actor Hemachandran plays the brother of the heroine as well as her love interest in two different versions of the same movie. He wanted to pursue his acting career and started to take classes with stunt choreographers so he can make himself physically prepared as an actor. He was trained in dancing and karate. Hemachandran first acted in ‘Kavidhai’, and in 2010, he acted in the Tamil drama film, ‘Puzhal’, alongside Murali, Mano, Aswatha, Soman and Archana in the lead roles. Later, he was seen in the movie Nanda Nanditha, a Tamil remake of the blockbuster Kannada film, Nanda Loves Nanditha. The film was directed by Ram Siva with Meghana Raj in the lead role. Nandha Nanditha is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film, which will feature Hemachandran in two distinct characters. However, it didn’t make an impact to the audience and turned out to be a box office flop. In 2012, he acted in the lead role in Dhanapal Padmanabhan’s directorial debut, Krishnaveni Panjalai. This film gave him recognition for his brilliant performance as a cotton mill worker, opposite Nandana. He is currently working in the upcoming Tamil film entitled ‘Meen’. This film was jointly produced by White Horse International and Citram Screens, and directed by Hari Baskaran.
