‘Hemachandran’ is a Tamil actor who has worked in various movies like “Krishnaveni Panjalai”, and “Nanda Nanditha”.
Hemachandran was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on 23rd September. Hemachandran has studied in different schools in Coonoor and Chennai, and he graduated with a B.Sc degree from D. G. Vaishnav College, located in Chennai. Later on, he decided to make acting as his career, and hence, he began to take classes from stunt choreographers. He prepared himself physically under his mentor’s guidance to become an actor. To add to his resume, he is a karate master and a skilled dancer.
Originally, Hemachandran appeared as a lead actor in some Tamil movies in the year 2011. He acted as the main actor in a Tamil film called Nanda Nanditha, which is a remake of “Nanda Loves Nanditha”, a Kannada blockbuster. However, the remade film remained unsuccessful to reverberate equivalently to the Kannada super hit in the theaters. Later, he played a role in Krishnaveni Panjalai, a romantic Tamil film, which gave him the much-needed recognition.
Recently, in 2015, his Tamil film, “Meen”, was released. In his first movie itself, he stood out with his performance.

‘Hemachandran’ is a Tamil film actor. He was born on September 23 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He studied at Stanes Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School, Coonoor, and later attended Sri Sankara Bala Vidyalaya School in Chennai. Hemachandran also studied at the Sir M. Venkatasubba Rao Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Chennai, and finished his Bachelor of Science at D. G. Vaishnav College. He wanted to pursue his acting career and started to take classes with stunt choreographers so he can make himself physically prepared as an actor. He was trained in dancing and karate.
Hemachandran first acted in ‘Kavidhai’, and in 2010, he acted in the Tamil drama film, ‘Puzhal’, alongside Murali, Mano, Aswatha, Soman and Archana in the lead roles. Later, he was seen in the movie Nanda Nanditha, a Tamil remake of the blockbuster Kannada film, Nanda Loves Nanditha. The film was directed by Ram Siva with Meghana Raj in the lead role. Nandha Nanditha is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film, which will feature Hemachandran in two distinct characters. However, it didn’t make an impact to the audience and turned out to be a box office flop.
In 2012, he acted in the lead role in Dhanapal Padmanabhan’s directorial debut, Krishnaveni Panjalai. This film gave him recognition for his brilliant performance as a cotton mill worker, opposite Nandana. He is currently working in the upcoming Tamil film entitled ‘Meen’. This film was jointly produced by White Horse International and Citram Screens, and directed by Hari Baskaran.
