Nalan Kumarasamy is a Kollywood film director, writer, and actor. His debut directorial venture was a 2013 Tamil black comedy film, Soodhu Kavvum. This movie starred Sanchita Shetty and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. This film got selected for screening and was the only Tamil movie to be screened at the Zurich Film Festival. He was born in Chennai city in the state of Tamil Nadu. He started off with event management and business in real estate. He will come up next with a romantic comedy that will be produced by C V Kumar, which he is still scripting.

He has participated in a reality television show, Naalaya Iyakunar in which he made a short film about a filmmaker, Oru Padam Edukkanum and also went on to win the final round of its first season with his entry, Nenjukku Neethi. Caarthick Raju

Caarthick Raju is a Tamil film director and visual effects coordinator. He has been active in the movie business for about seventeen years now. A lot of his visual effects work has been for Tamil films although he has been credited for the effects in some popular Bollywood films as well. In the year 2014, he branched out into directing films. Since then, he has directed another movie that is in the post-production phase. Raju's first work came as a visual effects artist in the Bollywood movie 'Hindustan Ki Kasam', a star-studded film that featured the likes of 'Ajay Devgan', 'Amitabh Bachchan', 'Manisha Koirala' and 'Sushmita Sen'. Despite the star cast the film didn't do great box office numbers. Raju reunited with Ajay Devgn to work in the film 'Raju Chacha', a film that was Devgn's first foray into production. While the film didn't fare well critically and commercially, it did win the Screen Award for Best Special Effects in 2001. In between these projects he worked on several Tamil films including 'Padayappa', 'Indriyam', and 'Bharati'. His next high-profile job came when he as the senior compositor for Nayak: The Real Hero, a political film that was the remake of a Tamil film. The movie did poorly at the box office but has since acquired the status of a cult hit among audiences. He has also done behind the scenes work on contemporary Bollywood films like 'Malamaal Weekly', 'Shaadi No. 1' and most recently on 'Wanted', the Salman Khan starrer. He has also done work on many Tamil films including 'Athadu', 'Okkadu' and 'Kutty Pisasu'. Overall, he has worked on around fifty films as a visual effects coordinator and artist. In 2014, he wrote and directed the movie Thirudan Police; the movie stars popular Tamil actor Dinesh Ravi. The story of the film revolves around a son seeking vengeance over the death of his father. The movie did well critically and was roundly praised for combining the action and comedy genres in a way that didn't affect the film. After the completion of this film, he began working on another film with Dinesh. This one is titled 'Ulkuthu' and will once again feature a healthy dose of both comedy and action throughout the film. The film has been completed and is currently in the post-production phase. Raju recently revealed that plans were on to release the film sometime in August 2016.

Lokesh is a famous writer and director at Tamil Film Industry. He joined the industry in 2014. He is the alumni of master’s course of PSG College of Arts and Science. The director did his graduation from Anna University. He has done his schooling from PMHS, Renigunta. Before coming to tinsel town, he was bank employee for almost 4-5 years at a private company. The child was born on their wedding anniversary. The director is very active on Facebook. His first directorial venture was Acham Thavir. It was a comedy short film, released on 18 December, 2012. The movie won the titles for Best Director, Best Film, and Best Actor in a short movie festival, Clubace, which held in 2012. The plot showed the importance of music in everyone’s life and how every single man is a hero in their life. He works for Back Waters production house. He also made a short corporate video, Customer Delight. The film won hearts and first prize in All India Corporate Film competition. The shooting of this project is done in a day. On 11 March, 2016, Aviyal released. It was a work of five directors, which included Lokesh Kanagaraj, Mohit Mehra, Shameer Sultan, Alphonse Putharen, and Guru Smaran. The anthology consisted of six short stories. One of them was Lokesh’s, Kalam. The anthology produced by Stone Bench Creations under Karthik Subbaraj. His tele film Kalam won 4 awards in little shows 2014, which included the awards for Best Director, Best Actor, Best Music Director, and Best Supporting Actor. The first feature film directed by him is Maanagaram, which released this March, 2017. The film earned commercial success and critical appraisal too. For this project, Lokesh worked under S.P. Prabhu’s Potential Studios production house. The completion of the movie took only 46 days. The film got positive reviews, all over India. The film got acclaim by legends like Rajanikanth, and Kamal Hassan.
