Kishore Sankar

Kishore Sankar is a co-director in the Indian film Industry. He has predominantly worked as an Assistant director in many successful movies. The director hailed from Chennai and studied in Alpha Matriculation Secondary School to finish his intermediate education. He completed his graduation from SRM’s Easwari Engineering College with a degree of Mechanical engineering. He always had a streak of films in himself which he figured out after the completion of his engineer’s degree. He is a hard-working, and dedicated person with all the focus on his film career. After that, he took another path and entered the world of cinema. He made numerous numbers of short films. One of the famous ones was Kubhakarnam.

He extensively worked in the Tamil industry. He also worked with talented professionals of the film industry including the director Vignesh karthik on one of his projects which was a fantasy comedy. The movie got presented by Yogi and Partners. Kishore tried all his interests including the talent of clear diction and voice which he used and became an RJ. He worked for Aahaa Kaapi Klub as an RJ on their channel Aahaa 91.9 FM. Kishore also worked with the news channel News today for a long time, experimenting with the skill sets he owns and making the best out of it. The budding director started his magical dream journey as an assistant director. He worked in many movies as a junior director and assisted great directors of his time.

He learned the different nuances of direction from them and became familiar with the technical terms used in the industry. An engineering background helped him understand the technicalities of Camera, Lighting, sound management, and graphics. He made the best out of the opportunities provided to him and made sure to always instilled the good qualities of the all the professionals of the industry. The big break in his life came with the Film ‘Yendu Thalaila Yenna Vekkala.’the film got directed by Arun Senthuran. It was a blockbuster success at the box office.
