Anoop Mathew

Anoop Mathew is an educationalist, writer and consultant in Kerala. He was a professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and completed his doctorate in the power electronics department. He has educated over 500 teachers in Engineering and Digital Transformation. He mentored about 60 PG and 40 UG projects with his knowledge and teaching skills. Throughout his journey of mentorship, he taught around 1500 students. He is an author of profound Book “A First Course on Control Systems Using MATLAB” a self-learning guide to MATLAB based Control System design. This book is picked up as a Reference book for M.Tech program in Power Electronics by Kerala Technological University. He has organised over 15 training program on Sales and Operation Strategies for EdTech companies. Anoop was awarded “Best Engineering Faculty Award 2012” and Best Application Paper Award in Powercon-2010 for the paper- SMPS based on Matrix Converter with reduced number of Switches.

He composed nine books on several topics in Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Sciences. Anoop Mathew is an editorial board member of “International Journal of Computer and Electrical Technology”. He has published over ten research papers in top international journals and three in Technical Conferences. He was also invited in many engineering colleges of India for enlightening talks on Matrix Converters and Switched Mode Power Converters. He is a council part of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Energy Conservation Society (ECS), Computer Society of India (CSI), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), International Association of Engineers (IAENG) and life member of Conservation Society (ECS) and International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT).
