Dini Daniel

Dini Daniel was born on 10th November 1984 in Chandanapally, Pathanamthitta, Kerala. Her eldest brother's name is Cibi Daniel and her sister is Cini Daniel. Dini is married to Mathew Phillips and has a daughter, Angela Mary Mathews. She did her schooling in Thiruvananthapuram from Sarvodaya Vidyalaya and continued her higher education in Nagercoil. She did her masters in Bengaluru. She used to ink her poems during her school days, "My Broken Glass" being among them won her an award in the state school fest.

She has done nursing and has worked as a lecturer before entering the acting field. Dini started as an anchor for a television program called ‘Mukhangal’ in Malanadu TV. She then entered the small screen through serials and soon became very famous in different roles in the daily soaps. She has been most famous among the viewers for her role in "Pattu Saree" as Adv. Sangeetha Vijayan telecasted on Mazhavil Manorama. She has worked in many more serials like 'Sarayu' as Meera, 'Jalakavathil' as Susan with Roy Manapallil as co-actor, 'Streedhanam' as Varadha. Also in 'Thoovalsparsham' as Aswathy, 'Vadhu' as Dr. Devika, 'Chavara Kuriakose Achen' as Mariya, 'Vazhvemayam', 'Mahadevan Pillai Malayalam' as Indulekha, ' Sangamam' as ACP and 'Chandanamazha as Jasmine.

She is one of the famous faces among the small screen spectators. She follows the Syro-Malankara Catholic religion. She still likes to pen down her poems sometimes but she thinks she is not getting much time for her passion.
