Sanika Nambiar is Mumbai, Maharashtra based Indian actress and model. She predominantly works in Malayalam movies. She began working as a child artist and later on started as a lead actress in numerous films. She played the character of Rosemol in “Olympian Anthony Adam” and Rudra in “Agninakshathram” as a child artist. These two roles are still the most memorable for her. She even won the best child artist award for playing Rosemol. She is also a successful model and was proudly crowned as first runner-up in Miss Kerala 2012 contest. As an adult star, she worked in Mollywood movie, Orissa which was a love based story. She played the role of an Oriya girl named, Suneyi. She is predominantly known for this portrayal. The lead pair of this movie were UnniMukundan and Sanika Nambiar, Kaniha and Tanushree Ghosh played key roles and was directed by M. Padmakumar. Sanika had always dreamt of working in movies and soon switched to it. She debuted in 1999 movie starring Mohanlal. She is Mumbai based girl and extended her talent towards modeling, she was crowned Miss. Perfect in Miss Kerala contest. As a model, she worked in various advertisements and represented many brands. Along with interest in Modeling and acting, she is a keen swimmer, dancer, teacher, and loves traveling. Sanika attended Jankidevi Public School and later joined Mithibai College for her education.
