Vishnu Unnikrishnan works as an actor and screenwriter in the Malayalam film industry. He was born in Ernakulam in Kerala where he currently resides. He debuted as an actor at the age of 16 in the movie ‘ Ente Veedu Appuvinteyum’ in 2003. The movie is directed by Sibi Malayil and starring Jayaram, Kalidas Jayaram and Jyothirmayi in lead roles. In 2004, he again worked in the direction of Sibil Malayil in ‘ Amrutham’.

He played character roles in many movies like ‘Rappakal’ directed by Kamal, Palunku directed by Blessy, and Mayavi directed by Shafi. In 2012, he starred in the film Pottas Bomb directed by Suresh Achoos, A K Sajan directed ‘Asuravithu’ and romantic film ‘Matinee’ directed by Aneesh Upasana. In 2013, he played the role of young Iyob in the period thriller ‘ Iyobinte Pusthakam’ directed by Amal Neerad. In 2014, he starred in ‘ Parankimala’ directed by Sennan Pallassery based on the novel by the same name written by Kakkanandan.

In 2016, he was associated with the anthology movie ‘Aana Mayil Ottakam’ written and directed by Jayakrishna and Anil Sign. He debuted as a screenwriter with the movie ‘ Amar Akbar Anthony’ directed by Nadirshah in 2015. He co-wrote it with Bibin George and also starred in the movie along with Prithviraj, Indrajith, and Jayasurya. In 2016, he starred as Subru in Johnson V. Devassy’s direction, a comedy-drama, ‘Out of Range’. In 2016, he starred in the leading role of Krishnan Nair AKA Kichu in the comedy-drama film ‘Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan’.

He is the co-writer of the movie along with Bibin George. The movie is directed by Nadirshah and also stars Prayaga Martin and Lijo Mol Jose in the lead roles. In 2017, he gave his voice in the crime comedy film ‘Tharangam- The Curious Case of Kallan Pavithran’ directed by Dominic Arun. He recently starred in the film ‘Shikkari Shambhu’ in the role of Achu directed by Sugeeth and written by Nishad Koya.

His recent release was ‘Viradakumaran’ directed by Boban Samuel sharing screen with Dharmajan Bolgatty and Manasa Radhakrishnan. His upcoming project is ‘ Oru Pazhaya Bomb Kadha’ directed by Shafi and starring Bibin George in the lead role along with Prayaga Martin with scriptwriters Biju Joseph and Sunil Karma. The actor has achieved a lot in a short amount of time by creating a space for himself as an actor as well as a writer. He showcases his ability and talent that would take him ahead in his future endeavors.

Machan Varghese

Machan Varghese was officially named as M.L Varghese, was in 1960. Machan is a Malayalam professional actor and mimicry artist. He started his career in mimicry from Kalabhavan. He did his primary and secondary education from St. Albert High School Ernakulam, India. Machan started his acting career in 1989. In his early 19s he did many movies like Kalyana Pittennu, Newspaper Boy, Kilikurissiyile Kudumba Mela, Hitler, Padanayakan, Hijack, Mannar Mathai Speaking, Gajaraja Manthram, Moonnam Loka Pattalam Earupadakkam, avachakan, Kabooliwala, Swantham Ennu Karuthi, Anjarakalyanam, Swantham Makalkku Snehapoorvam, Ikkareyanente Manasam Pokker, and lot more. All in all, Machan did twenty films in his 19s itself. Then in his 20s he depicted in many films such as Maharaja Talkies, Nizhal, Kadaksham, Paappi Appacha, Njan Sanchari, Cheriya Kallanum Valiya Policum, Thaskara Lahala, Canvas, Bombay Mittayi, Best of Luck, Paribhavam, Duplicate Susheelan, Sanmanasullavan Appukuttan, Kanchipurathe Kalyanam, Hailesa, Changathikoottam Markose, Jubilee Shake, Crazy Gopalan, and many other. In his 20s, Machan was seen in sixty films. His last movie named Orange (posthumously), which has been released in 2012. Machan was associated with great workers like Lal Jose, Siddique- Lal, and Rafi-Mecartin. Later, he got married to ELVY. They lived happily hereafter. Then, the couple had two children, and a son named Robin Varghese (john) and daughter Rincy. This comedian who brings a smile on everyone's faces left all of with sadness on 3rd February 2011 in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. He died at the age of fifty years. Machan died because of cancer, which grabbed him internally. Even doctors were unable to treat him because of his state. As he has been in the tremendous stage, where chances of living was very less because no one survived in the last stage of cancer. He used a lot of medicines, various treatments were done, but nothing helped. This pure soul will remain in the memories of the film industry forever.
