Machan Varghese

Machan Varghese was officially named as M.L Varghese, was in 1960. Machan is a Malayalam professional actor and mimicry artist. He started his career in mimicry from Kalabhavan. He did his primary and secondary education from St. Albert High School Ernakulam, India. Machan started his acting career in 1989.

In his early 19s he did many movies like Kalyana Pittennu, Newspaper Boy, Kilikurissiyile Kudumba Mela, Hitler, Padanayakan, Hijack, Mannar Mathai Speaking, Gajaraja Manthram, Moonnam Loka Pattalam Earupadakkam, avachakan, Kabooliwala, Swantham Ennu Karuthi, Anjarakalyanam, Swantham Makalkku Snehapoorvam, Ikkareyanente Manasam Pokker, and lot more.

All in all, Machan did twenty films in his 19s itself. Then in his 20s he depicted in many films such as Maharaja Talkies, Nizhal, Kadaksham, Paappi Appacha, Njan Sanchari, Cheriya Kallanum Valiya Policum, Thaskara Lahala, Canvas, Bombay Mittayi, Best of Luck, Paribhavam, Duplicate Susheelan, Sanmanasullavan Appukuttan, Kanchipurathe Kalyanam, Hailesa, Changathikoottam Markose, Jubilee Shake, Crazy Gopalan, and many other. In his 20s, Machan was seen in sixty films.

His last movie named Orange (posthumously), which has been released in 2012. Machan was associated with great workers like Lal Jose Best known in Malayalam cinema, Lal Jose is a film >> Read More... , Siddique- Lal, and Rafi-Mecartin. Later, he got married to ELVY. They lived happily hereafter. Then, the couple had two children, and a son named Robin Varghese (john) and daughter Rincy.

This comedian who brings a smile on everyone's faces left all of with sadness on 3rd February 2011 in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. He died at the age of fifty years. Machan died because of cancer, which grabbed him internally. Even doctors were unable to treat him because of his state. As he has been in the tremendous stage, where chances of living was very less because no one survived in the last stage of cancer. He used a lot of medicines, various treatments were done, but nothing helped. This pure soul will remain in the memories of the film industry forever.
