Kalabhavan Ansar is an Indian film actor. He worked for the Malayalam film industry. He is also a director, and writer. Ee Sabdam Innathe Sabdam, which hit the theatres in 1985, and directed by P.G. Viswambharan's was his first acting debut. He acted as a supporting role in the film with Mammootty in the lead role in the film. Mimics Parade in 1991, and Maanthrika Cheppu in 1992 was some films in which he contributed his work. Ansar wrote the the storyline of Mimics Parade.
He also contributed his work as a director to the film industry. He directed movies like Kireedamillatha Rajakkanmar directed in 1996, Manthri Maalikayil Manasammatham directed in 1998, and Valathottu Thirinjal Nalamathe Veedu released in 2003.
