Veeran

Veeran was a popular actor who worked in the Malayalam film industry. He was born Veeraraghavan Nair in Edathuva, Kerala. He was renowned for his negative and character roles. Veeran started his career in Aakashavani. He performed in radio dramas in those days. Veeran started his cinema career in 1952 with the film Aathmasakthi, directed by GR Rao. It is the debut film for Sathyan, too. He performed in Baalyasakhi, Puthradhanam, Newspaper Boy, and Kallichellamma in the initial days of his career.
