Duniya Soori

Duniya Soori is and Indian director who works in mainly Kannada movies. He was born and brought up in Banglore, Karnataka. In his early childhood, he started his own signboard business in paintings, artifacts, etc. Soori has done bachelors in Visual Arts. He got married and has a son named Pruthv.

Duniya Soori is popularly known as the Raw Director. Right from his youth, he had a great interest in filming and cinematography. At college, he was extremely good at his assignments and works. The probable reason for this is his passion for the same. Before beginning his career in movies, Soori has done some works for Tv, documentaries, and advertisements. His debut movie “Duniya” was a hit. All other works, whether successful at the box office or not, were critically appreciated.

However, most of them were also commercially successful. Some of these include; Inthi Ninna Preethiya, Jungles, Jackie, Anna Bond and the most recent being Kaddi Pudi. In a span of 8 years, he has done over ten movies. And the success rate is incredible. Some of his movies have set new records at the collections. Awards: Duniya Soori’s movie Junglee has received the Best Screenplay Award, and he has also been nominated in the Best Director category.
