city. His parents where Pilar Seurat and Don Delvin.He started his life with the actress named Lisa Brenner. He started his career as an actor in many short films in the year 1980.He always appeared as a teenage guy in his films. He had started his career a script writer. His first screenplay was for Universal Soldier, which was a block buster hit. He became a famous writer and producer while working with director Roland Emmerich. Then he started to co-write with him for their first movie named Stargate. There after they produced many films, their combinations had given many successful films named Godzilla. They split their team for the year 2000.But again they united for the year 2015. He as a producer worked on many films named Cellular, Who Killed the Electric Car and Flyboys.
He has also worked as television artist, as a producer for the series The Triangle Miniseries and Leverage which was of twelve episodes.
He also worked as an advisor for the video game company Zenimax Media from the year 1999 to 2004.
