Jason Mraz was born on June 23, 1977, in Mechanicsville, Virginia, USA. He is a well-known and prominent American singer and a song writer. He later started performing at café (s) and concerts and also met a girl, Toco Rivera (now his group member) at a coffee shop where he performed for three years. His performances at the coffee shop helped him fetch a lot of followers in San Diego and on the internet as well. He got his break in 2002 after the release of his album titled Waiting For My Rocket To Come, by the label Elektra Records. His song ‘’Remedy’’ ranked number 3 on the Billboard Chart and became the most popular song of 2003.

Jason’s second album was released in July 2005, titled Mr. A-Z. Wordplay was the most popular song from the album and the song was the highlight of the Billboard 200. Mr. A-Z received nomination for the Grammy Award which falls under the genre of Best Engineered Album of the year. He achieved fame with his third album entitled, ‘’We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things.’’, launched in May 2008 and was featured in the top 10 of umpteen international music charts.
