Ariana Grande-Butera was born on 26th June, 1993, in the Boca Raton City of Florida, United States of America. Ariana’s name is inspired by an animated character, Princess Oriana. Her height is 1.53 (5 feet 01 inches). She had hypoglycemia when she was in her teens.
She is the daughter of Joan Grande, who is an executive chief of the telephone and alarm system of the Hose-McCann Communications, and her father, Edward Grande, is the owner of Boca Raton, a graphic designing firm. Her parents got separated when she was just eight years old.

Ariana did her schooling from the North Broward Preparatory School, Coconut Creek and Pine Crest School, Florida. She never attended her high school, due to her strict schedules. She still kept herself enrolled there and studied with her tutor on the sets. This is how she was able to finish her schooling.
She was a member of the Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theater when she was eight years old. Her first musical was The Wizard of Oz, in which she played the role of Annie. At the age of 8, she was also a part of the karaoke lounge of various cruise ships and worked with many orchestras.
Her first performance as a singer at the national level was for Florida Panthers, an ice hockey team from Miami. She sang The Star Spangled Banner, which is the national anthem of USA.
At the age of Thirteen, she moved to LA and was casted in a musical-Broadway show, ‘
’. She played the role of a cheerleader named Charlotte. Even though it was a supporting role, Grande received a National Youth Theater Association Award for her performance.
Ariana had a major career breakthrough with the Nickelodeon show, ‘Victorious’, from 2009 to 2010. In this show, she had to play the role of Caterina Valentine, who was a smart, fun-loving, crazy girl from the Hollywood Arts. She dyed her hair red to portray her character in a better way. She got favourable reviews for her performance.
Later, she decided to focus on her music career and took the help of Eric Vetro (famous vocal coach) to improve and strengthen her vocals.
In 2010, she made her first music video, Give It Up. Other than this, she is also a Youtuber and performed many covers songs of
