Jane Curtin

Jane Curtin is among the most famous American actresses and comedians. She is affectionately known worldwide as the ‘Queen of the Deadpan.’ She was born to John Joseph Curtin and Mary Constance on 6th of September in the year 1947. She was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts in the United States of America. She had two brothers, Larry Curtin and John Curtin. John, the elder of the two, died in the year 2008. She did her education at the Convent of the Sacred Heart and had also attended the Elmhurst Academy that is situated in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.

Jane also holds an associate degree from the Elizabeth Seton Junior College that is located in the New York City. Jane married a TV producer named Patrick Francis. They had met during a hockey game. Together, Jane and Patrick have a daughter named Tess Curtin, who was born on 2nd of April in the year 1975. They now live in Sharon, Connecticut. Jane has been seen in several Television serials and movies. She is most famously known for appearing in the very famous Saturday Night Show.

She has been honored with the award for being the Best Actress in Comedy Series by the Emmys for her role in Kate and Allie. She was seen in TV serials like 3rd Rock from the Sun in which she played the role of Dr. Mary Albright and Unforgettable in which she essayed the role of Dr. Joanne Webster among others. Not just serials but she has also acted in films like I Love You, Man, Antz, etc. Jane has won many hearts with her high-spirited demeanor and has accumulated in her lifetime some prestigious achievements, Emmy award being one of them.
