Born on March 4, 1954, Catherine O Hara is an actress and comedian. She started her career with the show The Second City as a comedian in 1974. Later on, she became a regular on a TV show where she was well known for her impersonations of other actors and actresses. She has also given her voice for many cartoons. In 1980, she was cast in the Canadian production Deadly Companion in the role of a woman named Audrey.
In the same year, she was also in the movie Nothing Personal in the role of a woman named Judith. She was also part of a Canadian animated production called Rock and Rule where she gave her voice for the character of Aunt Judith. She was then cast in the American movie After Hours where she played the role of Gail. She was offered the lead role in the movie Home Alone where she played the role of Kate McAllister, the mother of the protagonist.
The film was loved by people of all ages and, later on, had a second part Home Alone 2: Lost In New York. She was also a part of the popular movie The Nightmare Before Christmas produced by Tim Burton Tim Burton was born on August 25th, 1958 at Burban >> Read More... in 1993. She voiced the character of Sally a rag doll that with the use of various potion releases herself from captivity and is finally able to unite with Jack, the main protagonist of the movie. She was part of another popular production called Lemony Snicket’s A Series Of Unfortunate Events where she played the role of a lady named Justice Strauss who helps the antagonist further his plans.
She gave her voice for many characters in different animated movies like Chicken Little, Over the Hedge, Brother Bear 2, Monster House, Barbie in the Twelve Dancing Princesses and A Monster In Paris.
