An actress and rapper, Abbie Cornish is widely known by her rap name Dusk. She was born on 7 August, 1982, in Lochinvar, New South Wales. Her parents, Shelley and Barry Cornish, had five children in all and Abbie was the second of the five.

She started her career as a model when she was 13. She made her debut on the screen with her role in the TV series ‘Wildside’. She won the Australian Film Institute Young Actor’s Award for it. Cornish entered the silver screen with the movie, The Monkey’s Mask, in the year 2000, as Mickey Norris.

The movie was a thriller and was directed by Samantha Lang. She has a knack for acting, and that earned her various awards including the Australian Film Institute Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her role as Heidi in the movie, ‘Somersault’.

The film itself won good critic reviews for its outstanding exploration of the themes of human sexuality and emotion. Out of her movies till date, Bright Star, which was released in 2009, got her the best attention for critics worldwide. She raps under the name of Dusk, and stated that she would be performing alongside Nas on a tour around Australia. Her recent releases were two tracks called “Evolve” and “Way Back Home”. Growing up on the farm, she got involved in the animal rights movement and became an ambassador for the group Voiceless, The Animal Protection Institute. She is a strong supporter of the animal rights movement and has been a poster girl for various events too.

Agnes Bruckner is an American actress who started her career in the late 1990s. She has worked in over 25 movies and 15 television shows. Further in 2007, Bruckner appeared in the ‘Blood and Chocolate’- a horror/romance movie and then in 2008 ‘Say Hello to Stan Talmadge’ and in 2011 ‘The Craigslist Killer’. In her personal life, she is very close to her people. She tries to stay away from the “Hollywood” life and spends her spare time with friends and family. She gave birth to a baby boy in March 2016.
