Norbert Leo Butz is a renowned artist in Broadway Theatre and has won twice the ‘Tony Award’ in the musical category for his superlative performances in ‘Dirty Rotten Scoundrels’ (a 2004 comedy musical drama) and 'Catch Me If You Can' ( premiered in 2009, 2011). The actor reprised the role of Freddy in ‘Dirty Rotten Scoundrels’ and Carl Hanratty in ‘Catch Me If You Can’ and won the appreciation of critics and public as well. While the former musical drama ran for 626 performances on Broadway Theatre since it was premiered in 2005, the latter musical drama too received a wide response after it was premiered on Broadway Theater.
In the year 2001, he was noticed for his performance in ‘Thou Shalt Not’ which was a staged in Broadway Theatre. The actor is well-known for his role in play ‘Is He Dead?’ where he reprised the role of Widow Daisy Tillou and Jean-Francois Millet. The play ‘Is He Dead?’ was premiered on 9 December 2007. Being born on January 30, 1967, in the U.S., the actor is married to Michelle Federer, an American Film and theater actress. He also has a daughter named Georgia Teresa from this marriage who was born on January 2, 2011. Earlier, it is believed that Norbert Leo Butz had two more daughters from his previous marriage.
