Jack Elam was a television as well as a film actor from the United States of America. He is best known for acting in villainous roles throughout his film career. He took birth on the 13th of November in the year 1920. The first film in which he worked as an actor was She Shoulda Said No! It involved a girl who worked in chorus singing and got addicted to Marijuana which marked her doom. He appeared mostly in movies which were set up in the west and also ones which included gangster roles. Not only this, but he also appeared on many TV programmes which had a western background.

He acted in The Cannonball Run as well as its second part The Cannonball Run II as a doctor named Nicolas Van Helsing. Having worked in the movie called The Aurora Encounter became special for him as he met a young boy of eleven years of age with the name of Michael Hays.
