Iwan Rheon is a Welsh television actor who portrays the role of Ramsay Bolton. Iwan was born on 13th May, 1985. His birthplace is Carmarthen which is in Carmarthenshire County. After some years of his birth, Iwan’s family decided to shift to the capital city of Cardiff for better opportunities. In Cardiff, Iwan took admission at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf and participated in their dramas. Later, he chose London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art for his educational purposes.

When Iwan was seventeen years old, he joined Pobol Y Cwm, a Welsh-language TV serial. However, Iwan quit the show to get training at LAMDA. In 2013, his breakthrough came when the producers announced his involvement in the critically-acclaimed Game of Thrones as Ramsay Bolton. Although he portrayed the role of a psychopath, Iwan said that he approached the makers for the role of Jon Snow, the fictional character who mesmerized the audience with his calm demeanor.
