Burt Reynolds is also known as Burton Leon is an American director, producer, and actor. He has been a part of the television and film industry. His notable work in movies includes Deliverance, Smokey and the Bandit, The Cannonball Run and The Longest Yard. He has been awarded the Golden Globe Awards, twice. Once for Evening Shade as Best Actor in a Television Series Musical or Comedy and the other for Boogie Nights in Best Supporting Actor - Motion Picture. He was born in Michigan. His father was an army colonel who later gained the position of police chief, and his mother worked as a head nurse. He went to Florida State University by the scholarship in football.
