. She was also a guest on CBS News and Entertainment Tonight. She rose to fame because of her Plus-size modeling campaigns and was interviewed by NPR for the same.She has appeared in the British American Vogue (2017). Ashley Graham was born on October 30, 1987 (age 29) in Lincoln, Nebraska.
She went to Scott Middle School and Lincoln Southwest High School. She was discovered in the year 2000 by the I & I Agency, at a Mall in Omaha, Nebraska while she was shopping there. She has two younger sisters. She married Justin Ervin, a videographer, on 2010. After attending a modeling convention, Ashley signed a contract with Wilhelmina models in 2001. She signed a deal with Ford Models in 2003. She appeared in the " These Bodies are Beautiful at Every Size" - Glamour Editorial on October 2009, along with plus-size models Kate Dillon, Amy Lemon, Crystal Renn,
, Jennie Runk and Anansa Sims.
She was a guest on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on 31st May 2010 to address the Lane Bryant TV Commercial Controversy which received 8,00,000 views on YouTube and was also published in the news outlets such as The New York Post and The Huffington Post. Ashely Graham has also worked with models such as Sabina Karlsson, Ana Lisboa, Marquita Pring, McKenzie Raley, Rachel Clark, Anais Mali, Marquita Pring and Ashley Smith for the Levis Campaigns notably the Curve ID SS 2011 and Boyfriend Collection F/W 10. Graham has also appeared in the December 2010 editorial for the Bust Magazine. She has appeared in a lot of Marina Rinaldo Campaigns like Spring/Summer 2012, the Fall/Winter 2012 Denim and the Fall/Winter 2012 Sports. She has also worked with Addition Elle, Bloomingdales, Evan Hanes, Nordstrom, Simply Be, Target and Liz Claiborne Macy's, etc.
She had also designed a lingerie line for plus-size for Addition Elle in 2013. She also appeared as a coach to aspiring plus size models in MTV's Show "Made." She was also a backstage host in the Miss Universe 2016 and Miss USA 2016. Ashley Graham has spoken at various platforms about Body size awareness and is also a supporter of Health at Every Size Movement. She also is an active participant in humanitarian and social causes and had worked for the same in South Africa with the Themba Foundation.
