Jeannie Ortega is a singer and songwriter. She is also into dancing and acting. Jeannie was born in Brooklyn,
New York. She was a student at Brooklyn’s High School of the Arts. “Got What It Takes” and “Future Is Clear” were her songs. These were placed on the soundtrack for “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” and “That’s So Raven!” respectively. In October 2005, Ortega made her recording debut (“It’s R Time”) with the album titled “No Place like BKLYN”. She then recorded her pop hit “Crowded” in 2006. “No Place Like BKLYN” made a place in the Billboard Top Heatseekers at number one.
In 2006, Jeannie appeared in the film “Step Up”. She again acted in the flick “
Indelible” (2011) featuring opposite Tristan Wilds. Ortega became a Christian singer and released her album named “Perfect Love” (it got released on 30 January 2012). “Strong” and “Imperfection” are her two music videos in the album.
