Sam Logan Khaleghi

Sam Logan Khaleghi is an American actor, director, writer and producer well-known for his work in Approaching Midnight. He was born in Detroit, Michigan in March 1983. He completed his schooling at West Bloomfield High School in Michigan. He was a popular kid in school as he was good in his academics as well as co-curricular activities.

He used to love reading books and has read a lot of them. During his school days, he used to play roles in many dramas and plays. He was also in the drama team of his school and has performed at various festivals. After completing his schooling, he applied for admission to the University of Michigan. He got admission in it and completed his Bachelors of Arts in Communication degree from the University of Michigan.

This university is the most renowned university and is among the top Universities in the world. While he was in his college, he used to do various direction projects and has directed many short movies. His work was really appreciated among the students and teachers of the university. After completing his education, he decided to enroll himself at Guildhall School of Music and Drama summer school held in London, so he moved to London for that.

He started his career in 2003 with the movie “The Ugly One: Thor’s Revenge.” He was the actor and production assistant in the movie. Later in 2004, he worked as an actor in the movie “Joy Road.” Later in 2005, he directed a short film named “The Librarian Dialogues,” and due to this short film, he got a lot of fame as he was the one who was the story writer of it. He continued working as a director and as an actor both.

Some of his works are “Detroit (actor),” ”Prayers for Bobby (actor),” “The Librarians Dialogue (writer, director, producer),” “Love is a Thieves’ Game (actor, director, producer, writer),” and others. He has also directed and produced a TV show named Dr. Nandi. In 2013, he directed and starred in a movie which proved to be a big success for his career. The full-length drama film, “Approaching Midnight” was a hit film which won various awards.

The film’s star cast included names such as Jana Kramer, Sam Logan Khaleghi, Brandon T. Jackson, Mia Serafino, Jeffery Stetson, and much more. In 2010, he was nominated at Emmy awards for Best Drama at Academy of Television Arts and Science College Television Awards. In 2010, he got nominated for Best Narrative short at the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Later in 2016, he was nominated for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for Dr. Nandi.
