Born on 11th June, 1959, James Hugh Calum Laurie is officially known as Hugh Laurie. This talented individual is a complete package of an Actor, writer, director, musician, singer and an author.  Hugh has one brother and two sisters. He always had restrained relationship with his mom. She died out of Motor Neurone Disease when Laurie was 30. His mom always considered him to be the hindrance in her life. While his father, William George Ranald Mundell Laurie was a Gold medallist in coxless pairs in 1948 London games. 

He took his piano lessons at the age of six. During the House, many classic instruments including Gibson Flying V and Les Pauls Guitar. He is a non-believer of god and says that "I don't believe in God, but I have this idea that if there were a God, or destiny of some kind looking down on us, that if he saw you taking anything for granted he'd take it away". He attained a degree in Archaeology and anthropology. “The Gun Seller”, an elaborate thriller volume was his first in the field of writing. He married Jo Green, who was also a Theatre Administrator. They are presently living in Belsize Park with his children, Charlie and Rebecca.

Franz Osten was born on December 23, 1876 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany as Franz Ostermayr.Franz Osten directed 57 films. He was among the first retainers of Bombay Talkies. He partnered with Rai on a number of India’s earliest blockbuster films like Achhut Kanya and Jeevan Naiya. Amongst the other films, he showed Life in India, a short documentary film about the Munich carnival. Franz Osten was firstly trained to be a photographer just like his father but then he gave acting a try. In 1907, he founded a travelling cinema called the “Original Physograph Company” together with his brother Peter Ostermayr. Osten decided to make films and in 1911 directed his first feature, Erna Valeska.  Although his career was interrupted by the World War 1. Franz Osten is hardly mentioned in film history books. Osten was a pioneer in the development of cinema. He took featured film production out of the studios into the world and gave his film an authentic quality with a combination of documentary techniques and narratives from myths and beliefs of ancient India. The Germans forgot him. He was interned by the British at the outbreak of World War 2. Employed by Bavaria Film until 1945, for casting and setting up its film archive. After World War 2 he became the Manager of a Bavarian spa. The Indian film audience loved him. His interest in India was shared by other Germans in 1920s. In addition to Indian Films, he directed 33 silent features and 10 sound films. Osten’s silent film tell Indian stories about the Life of Buddha (The Light Of Asia, 1926), dramatizing the events. His huge sets were a deal for escaping from reality: dark skinned women aroused desire, associating sexuality with primitiveness. The Light of Asia is a unique collaboration which managed to satisfy the taste of German as well as the Indian audiences.He died on December 2, 1956.

A very skilled actor, having a career spanning more than three decades, Keanu Reeves is a Canadian actor born on 2nd of September 1964, in Beirut, Lebanon. He has also worked as a director, musician, and producer. Reeves’ first name means “cool breeze over the mountains” in Hawaiian. As a child, Reeves travelled around the world a lot and lived in many places, with his mother and step-fathers. He studied in four high schools in just five years and was also expelled from one of the schools named Etobicoke School of the Arts, for being a little too rambunctious. He was dyslexic, and hence, not very good at academics, but he compensated for his lack of academic skills in the field of sports. He, later, stopped going to school to pursue his acting career. Keanu never reconnected with his biological father. He did a few stage shows and made-for-TV movies before landing his first supporting role in the hockey flick filmed in Canada, “Youngblood”. After this, Reeves headed for Hollywood. He achieved his first real success in movies by playing the character of Ted Logan in “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure” in the year 1989. He continued to work in many films such as “Parenthood”, “I Love You to Death” in 1990, “Dracula” and “Much Ado About Nothing”. He achieved a lot of commercial success in big-budget action movies such as “Speed” and “The Matrix”. For the movie “The Matrix Reloaded”, he learnt over 200 martial arts moves. He holds an American green card but chooses to keep his Canadian Passport. He contributed to a lot of charitable works, such as setting up a cancer charity and supporting the animal rights foundation, PETA. He has founded the production company, called Company Films, along with Stephen Hamel. He is also the co-founder and co-owner of Arch Motorcyclist Company. On the personal front, Reeves was in a relationship with Jennifer Syme, who gave birth to a still-born daughter and died eighteen months later, in a car accident. Keanu considers himself as a non-religious but a spiritual person. Reeves loves ballroom dancing and is also an avid motorcyclist.
